Do you offer tailor-made private tours for small groups?

Yes. We have a reputation for offering bespoke experiences at off-the-beaten destinations for small groups (families, couples and friends). Please go through our tailor-made trips section.

What payment options are available for bookings?

You can either pay cash or use your credit/ debit card. All our vehicles are equipped with card terminals. We only accept VISA & Mastercard. For private tours deposits, a payment link is normally sent so you can use your card.

Are there any additional fees for baggage handling?

No. All our prices are fixed and include all services like baggages handling, tolls fees, etc.

How does The Greek Taxi handle flight delays? What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track all flights, so don’t worry about potential delays, we are ALWAYS outside waiting for you.

In the unfortunate event of baggage loss, your driver will still be outside waiting for you to finish all the necessary procedures. Yet, there will be an extra charge of 20 EUR per extra hour that the cab driver will need to wait upon the end of the baggage claim.

Are pets allowed in the taxi?

Yes, pets are welcome! The pet has to be in a closed crate. Pets are not allowed inside the vehicles if they are not in a crate.

Is there a maximum number of passengers in a taxi?

Yes, taxis can accommodate up to four passengers.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes, we provide baby seats upon prior request. As per our policy, we don’t accept kids up to 36 kg to be boarded without being seated in an appropriate baby car seat or booster seat.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, cancellations are accepted if made 24 hours in advance. An email or a text message at WhatsApp is enough.

Is Wi-Fi available in the taxis?

Yes, all our taxis are equipped with free Wi-Fi for passengers.

Yes, all our vehicles are fully insured and undergo regular maintenance to ensure safety and comfort.

Do you offer vehicles suitable for larger groups?

Yes, we have mini-vans available that can accommodate larger groups of up to 8 passengers.

Can I request a specific vehicle type?

While we cannot guarantee a specific vehicle, we will do our best to accommodate your preferences based on availability.

We also try to minimize our carbon footprint by investing in hybrid vehicles (such as Mercedes E-Class E300de Hybrid). Besides that, we try our best to eliminate plastic water bottles by offering paper-made packaged bottled water. Last but not least, we try to support local communities and family owned businesses when designing and running our tailor-made private tours. Finally, we are TourCert Qualified for our commitment and accountability to sustainable practices and operations.
